Section 1: Athletic Background

I have always been in relatively good physical shape since my childhood due to regular exercise. The pinnacle of my athletic performance was in 2011 when I won a gold medal in the 100-meter sprint at the provincial level. After that achievement, I paused my athletic endeavors due to the heavy workload in high school.

Despite stepping away from competition, I have stayed fit ever since. However, over time, my subconscious accepted that my current level of fitness was “good enough.” This belief slowly shaped my habits and performance — creating a subtle glass ceiling I didn’t even notice.

Section 2: Breaking the Glass Ceiling

The photo below was taken in March 2023. Looks fit, doesn’t it?

But I wanted to test myself. I challenged that hidden ceiling I had created — and trained consistently for just two months. The result? I lost 8 pounds and surpassed what I had thought was my upper limit.

Section 3: Reflection and Challenge

I truly can’t believe how much better I look and feel now. The change isn’t just physical — it’s mental, too. I realized I had more potential left to unlock than I thought.

What about you? Do you have a similar glass ceiling? One that you’ve unknowingly settled into? Maybe it’s time to test what’s on the other side.
